DELIVERY

Orders are only dispatched on week days, in the case of any stock issues the customer will be notified of the expected delay.

IRELAND - Shipped with DPD (Shipping time approx. 2-3 days)
€5 for orders under €75
Free on orders over €75

UK, MAINLAND EU, US and Rest of World. Shipping not currently available but we are working on it.

Notes:

*ID Tags are fulfilled by Red Dingo directly and shipping can take 6-10 working days.

**Delivery times can vary at exceptionally busy times of the year.

REFUND POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us, please get in touch hello@butterbiscuit.ie

We are happy to refund any items returned (excluding shipping) within 30 days as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we cannot take any responsibility for lost items.
